Property type, location, problem description, urgency, optional photos, and your contact details — everything you enter in the quote form, WhatsApp, or a call.

How it's used

To qualify and route your enquiry to an independent drainage specialist matched to your job. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own handling of message data as well as ours.

Who it's shared with

The specialist(s) matched to your enquiry receive the structured lead details so they can follow up. We don't sell contact data to unrelated third parties.

Retention

We keep enquiry records only as long as useful for matching and for our own service-quality review, and delete on request.
